Refund and Returns Policy

At Antiqciaga, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our authenticated Chinese antiques. Given the unique nature of our items and our in-person collection model, our refund and returns policy is designed to balance fairness with the irreplaceable quality of antiques. All orders are for local pickup only from our gallery at Unit 6 Glengall Business Centre, 43-47 Glengall Road, London, SE15 6NF. We do not offer shipping.
Viewing and Inspection
- We encourage scheduling a private appointment to view items before finalizing your purchase. During your visit, you can inspect the antique in detail under the guidance of our experts.
- If you view the item at our location and are not satisfied for any reason, we will provide a full refund of your payment, including any deposit, with no questions asked.
Once the Item Is Collected
- Once you take the item away from our gallery, it is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds after collection, as antiques are unique and may be subject to handling or environmental changes post-purchase.
- This policy applies to all items, including Tibetan dZi Beads, ancient jades, porcelain, and agate.
How to Request a Refund

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (via Stripe) within 14 days.
Exceptions
- Custom or personalized items (if offered) are non-refundable.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer laws.
