Purchases and Orders
- All items are subject to availability. We may cancel orders if unavailable.
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices.
- Payments are processed via Stripe. You agree to their terms.
- Orders are for in-person collection only at Unit 6 Glengall Business Centre, 43-47 Glengall Road, London, SE15 6NF. No shipping. You must collect within 30 days or risk forfeiture.
- Title transfers upon full payment and collection. Risk passes to you upon collection.
Appointments and Viewings
- Appointments are free but require confirmation. We may cancel with notice.
- During viewings, handle items carefully; you are liable for damage.
Liability and Disclaimers
- Items are sold “as is” with descriptions based on expertise. We guarantee authenticity but not future value.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or third-party actions. Liability is limited to the purchase price.
- The site is provided “as is” without warranties.
